Shipping your package

SHIPPING YOUR PARCEL

We proceed to the shipping of your order within a maximum delay of 48 hours after the reception of the complete payment.

Lithographs, engravings, serigraphs, photographs, small sculptures and paintings of small format will be sent via COLISSIMO with signature and insurance. The tracking number will be communicated by e-mail accompanied by a link to track your package online.

For heavier or larger works, they will be delivered to you via UPS and delivered against signature.

We remind you that shipping costs include the costs of preparation, packaging and shipping costs.

We take great care in the packaging of our works.

We recommend that you group your purchases to reduce your shipping costs.

WARNING

Upon receipt of your package we ask you to check that your package is intact. If the package is damaged, we ask you to open the package and check the condition of the artwork in front of the carrier.

If the work of art was damaged during the transport we ask you IMPERATIVELY to make a claim with the conveyor and to inform us immediately. Otherwise we can not proceed to the exchange or refund.

RETURN

If you want to return your package, we ask you to notify us by email, before returning, indicating the reasons for this return.

Returns are in the original packaging and the costs will be at your expense.

Upon receipt of your return and after verification of the work (state) we will proceed immediately to your refund.

MODE OF SHIPMENT AND RATE

The sending in France is done through Colissimo with signature and insurance for a fixed amount of 25 €. The time is about 2 days for the receipt of your package.

Shipping in Europe and abroad is done through Colissimo International with signature and insurance for a fixed amount of 35 €. It takes about 8 to 10 days to receive your package.

The works are shipped in suitable and secure packaging.

Regulations can be done in several ways:
