TERMS OF SALES
The present general conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand between "the Sophie Boulan gallery" says the LE VENDEUR and on the other hand any natural or legal person said BUYER wanting to make a purchase on this site.

1 - PRODUCTS
Most of the works of art on sale on the site la Galerie Sophie Boulan come from the Editions d'Art Jacques Boulan, Parisian renowned publisher. For other works they are purchased directly from the artists or from other publishers.
The Galerie Sophie Boulan is committed to guaranteeing the authenticity of the works on sale on its site.
An invoice accompanied by a certificate of authenticity will be delivered to you upon delivery.
The dimensions of the works are given as an indication. It may be that some may vary due to some handmade paper.
Each work is described thoroughly as to its condition and photographed in order to allow the buyer to see the details. Additional photographs may be requested by e-mail before ordering.
2 - THE ORDER
Before passing the buyer must take note of the general conditions of sale.
Once the order has been confirmed by itself, the order is considered to be firm and definitive. The fact of finalizing his order entails de facto acceptance of the general conditions of sale and constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same legal value as a manual signature.
The customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days to cancel his order by sending a registered letter to the Galerie Sophie Boulan.
3 - THE PRICES
Prices are in Euros, all taxes included.
The Galerie Sophie Boulan under the self-employed entrepreneur's plan is not subject to VAT, article 293B of the CGI.
Galerie Sophie Boulan reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. In the event of a price or discount error, it may cancel an order.
4 - THE COUNCIL REGULATION
Several methods of payment are available:

5 - TIME AND DELIVERY
The delivery takes place only after the complete payment of the order.
Upon receipt of payment we will proceed to the delivery of your works within a maximum delay of 48 hours.
Lithographs, engravings, serigraphs, photographs, small sculptures and small paintings will be sent via COLISSIMO with signature and insurance. The tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail accompanied by a link to track your package online.
For heavier or more imposing works, they will be delivered to you via UPS and delivered against signature.
We remind you that the shipping costs include the costs of preparation, packing as well as postage.
We take great care in packaging our works.
We recommend grouping your purchases to reduce your shipping costs.
WARNING
Upon receipt of your parcel we ask you to check that your parcel is intact. if the package is damaged, we ask you to open the package and check the condition of the work of art before the carrier.
If the work of art was damaged during the transport we ask you MUST make a complaint to the carrier and to notify us immediately. Otherwise we will not be able to exchange or refund.
6 - DELIVERY TARIFF
The sending in France is done through Colissimo with signature and insurance for a fixed amount of 25 €. The delay is about 2 days for the receipt of your package.
The sending in Europe and the International is done through Colissimo International with signature and insurance for a fixed amount of 35 €. It takes about 8 to 10 days to receive your package.
The works are shipped in adapted and secure packaging.
UPS
For the delivery of heavier or imposing works through UPS, we ask you to contact us by mail or telephone to establish the shipping rate and the formalities.
7 - BACK
If you wish to return your parcel, we ask you to notify us by e-mail before returning, giving us the reasons for the return.
Returns are made in the original packaging and the costs will be at your expense.
Upon receipt of your return and after checking the condition of the work, we will immediately refund your money.
In the case of an exchange the procedure is identical.
8 - RIGHT OF RETRACTION
The consumer has a period of 14 working days to return, at his own expense, products which do not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery.
We ask you to notify us by e-mail and return the work in its original packaging.
9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - COPYRIGHT
The Sophie Boulan gallery is part of French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. All reproduction rights are reserved. Buyers are limited, after the acquisition of a work to a right of private use. The images on the site Galerie Sophie Boulan can not be reproduced by some processes that tonight, nor sold and / or distributed.
